Skallywags boat flags are made in South Africa in small batches.  Check out how they’re made  All our fish flags are packaged in recycled materials –  in bags from fabric that is made from recycled Sprite bottles with recycled cardboard headers. These bags feature the same Guy Harvey prints that you will find on your fishing flag and can be re-used for all your small components on the boat.

The Black Marlin

Her Majesty! She is the hardest to catch of all Marlin and the biggest in the IGFA world record book. Even when she is over 1000 lbs she can clear the water to where her tail is six foot in the air and then 15 feet of body above that. She demands respect, and it is freely given by all anglers worth their salt.

Release Tip: These giants will fight to the death and so take the early release when possible as you don’t want to be attached to one of these if you make her angry.
